Mountain biking at Walnut Creek Park, Austin, TX. What a great way to spend the end of the day on a Friday (or anyday for that matter). I have not been riding much so I was huffing and puffing most of the time. BTW, what do you think it means when my heart rate monitor flashes "Call 911"?
